Peoplecare is seeking an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, performance and evolution of our technology operations. Based in Wollongong, you will oversee infrastructure, service desk, security and end-user support, shaping enterprise IT direction in a flexible hybrid environment.

You will report to the CIO, drive resilience and align IT with business goals, while growing a high-performing team and delivering measurable value across the organisation.

We're now looking for an experienced IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager to lead the strategy, performance and evolution of our technology operations environment and play a key role in shaping the Infrastructure and IT Service Desk function. Based in our Wollongong office, this is an exciting opportunity to influence the enterprise wide IT strategy while leading a high-performing team responsible for infrastructure, service operations, security and end-user support. About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, you'll lead the delivery and continuous improvement of Peoplecare's IT infrastructure, operational services, and technology architecture. You'll drive alignment of the IT Operations and Infrastructure strategy to the organisations environment, social and governance goals, while also strengthening operational resilience, foster innovation, and ensure our technology environment enables exceptional business and customer outcomes.
