Zusammenfassung

MedHealth is seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to drive service excellence across our national organisation.

Working closely with the Head of Technology Customer Experience, you’ll lead IT service management, change management, vendor performance, operational communications, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure our technology services are reliable, efficient, and customer-focused.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in IT Service Delivery, IT Operations, or ITSM leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices.
• Experience in change management, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to deliver service improvements and manage operational performance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• ITIL certification desirable.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or Scrum certifications desirable.
• Experience with Freshservice or similar ITSM platforms desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure and managed service providers desirable.
