Job summary

Perigon Group Pty Limited in Sydney is seeking an experienced IT Director to lead its technology function. You will shape technology strategy, govern supplier relationships and drive improvements across security, systems and business processes.

Reporting to a senior executive, you will manage a small internal team, work with external partners, and deliver the technology roadmap while ensuring services are secure, reliable and aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ICT leadership or equivalent.
• Experience with outsourced or co-managed IT.
• Broad knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity and applications.
• Proven vendor, contract and service performance management.

Responsibilities

• Develop ICT strategy and annual technology roadmap.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and procurement.
• Manage MSPs and technology partners with SLAs and reviews.
• Maintain security policies and governance.
• Lead cybersecurity risk and remediation activities.
• Prepare technology reporting for exec leadership and board.
• Lead projects across collaboration platforms and workplace infra.
• Drive process improvements via automation and AI.
• Develop internal capability and lead a small team.
