Dovetail in Sydney is seeking an IT and Cloud Support Tech to join our engineering team. This full‑time, in‑person role (4 days/week at our Surry Hills HQ) blends traditional IT support with hands‑on cloud infrastructure, offering a clear path to grow beyond a helpdesk.

You’ll own internal IT operations, from onboarding staff to MDM management, and support platform engineers with AWS tasks, IAM, and deployment troubleshooting.

Formación

• Solid IT fundamentals with end-user support and device management.
• Some exposure to cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda) with a desire to learn more.
• Natural troubleshooter who communicates clearly and stays organized.

Responsabilidades

• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
• Own MDM platform and secure Mac fleet.
• Configure SSO/SAML integrations and troubleshoot issues.
• Support IAM in AWS, deployments, and troubleshoot cloud environments.
• Collaborate with security, engineering, and operations teams.
