Job summary

Parliament of NSW seeks an IT Business Partner to engage with clients across the NSW Parliament, driving service delivery and digital support in a Clerk Grade 7/8 role. The position is based in Sydney CBD and involves liaison across business units and Members' offices to identify technology needs and promote digital services.

You will deliver user training, gather feedback, and support continuous improvement in customer experience, ensuring alignment of IT services with client expectations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to regional and remote locations within NSW.
• ITIL Foundation (or higher) certification or equivalent experience in service management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with business units to understand technology needs and promote digital services.
• Build and maintain relationships with departments and Members' offices to improve service delivery.
• Provide user training and capture, review and report service delivery feedback.
• Contribute to proactive support and customer satisfaction improvements.
