Job summary

Parliament of NSW is seeking an ICT Business Partner in Sydney CBD to engage with business units, departments and Members’ offices. You will promote digital services, deliver training and help align services with client needs while driving proactive support and strong customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on building relationships, reporting feedback and contributing to service delivery management across the NSW Parliament.

Qualifications

• Info tech background with workplace IT applications and hardware.
• Experience in liaison and business support in a large organisation.
• ITIL or service management knowledge is desirable.
• Willingness to travel regionally within NSW.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with business units and Members’ offices.
• Promote digital services and deliver user training.
• Capture, review and report service delivery feedback.
• Provide proactive support to improve customer satisfaction and service alignment.
