Job summary

Airport Development Group (ADG) is seeking a Head of IT Architecture & Cybersecurity to lead enterprise architecture, solution design, and security operations ensuring a secure, scalable technology landscape.

Reporting to the CTO, you will govern reference architectures and roadmaps, drive cyber governance, and ensure compliance with NIST, ISO27001, and Essential 8 across critical infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT architecture and cybersecurity experience within critical infrastructure.
• TOGAF or equivalent industry certification.
• Strong knowledge of security technologies, protocols, and controls.
• Deep understanding of frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, Essential 8.
• Expertise in risk management principles and methodologies.
• 7+ years in architecture and cybersecurity, including 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, compliance, and vendor management skills.
• Proven experience working with senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, secure, efficient, and cost-effective technical solutions, including design documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Define and maintain reference and domain architectures, aligned with the IT Roadmap.
• Lead the Architecture Review Board and promote engagement across the organisation.
• Partner with business leaders to embed architecture and cybersecurity considerations into projects.
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of cybersecurity compliance programs.
• Oversee daily security operations, including threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and cloud security posture monitoring.
• Own and manage all high-priority cybersecurity incidents.
• Ensure security policies, standards, and controls meet regulatory and customer expectations.
• Identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks across supply chain, data governance, applications, and infrastructure.
• Apply the ADG Risk Management Framework to identify, assess, and manage IT and cybersecurity risks.
• Promote a safety-conscious culture with attention to environmental and operational risk.
• Ensure compliance with all ADG Cybersecurity Policies and Guidelines.
