Zusammenfassung

Medibank is seeking an IT Application Analyst to support the iMed Claims Application within our Customer Technology & Delivery team. You will work in a cross-functional squad to design, deliver and support secure, scalable application solutions for claims processing.

This role focuses on delivering enhancements, incident management and ongoing operations in an Agile, DevOps environment, collaborating with business stakeholders and external vendors for reliable member outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ experience as an Application Analyst or similar tech role.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Experience delivering business change and infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for documenting problems and data analysis.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence in teams.
• Experience in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder engagement.
• Understanding of ITIL and Service Management practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and ongoing operations.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with business teams and external vendors to design scalable solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end impact analysis and support system enhancements.
• Apply Agile and DevOps practices to manage work and backlogs.
• Support release and deployment activities across phases.
• Monitor application health and reliability; identify improvements.
• Manage incidents and problems to minimise customer impact.
• Contribute to application lifecycle management including upgrades and DR.
• Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
