Qualifications

• 2+ years in an IT operations, support or systems administration role.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server and networking fundamentals.
• Comfortable reading logs and dashboards to find the actual cause, not just the symptom.
• Clear written communication for handover notes and client-facing updates.
