People Systems Administrator

• Empower our organisation through expert guidance and seamless optimisation of people systems tools
• Temporary full‑time position up to 30 June 2027 (35 hours/5 days per week)
• Office located in Parramatta with other NSW office locations considered upon application
• Salary relative to experience and ranges from $116,981.00 to $129,491.00 plus super (Clerk Grade 7/8)

Your responsibilities will include: delivering exemplary customer service and specialist technical advice, ensuring the efficient operation and continuous improvement of people systems within the department. You'll manage daily tasks that enhance system functionality, meet customer expectations, and optimize business outcomes.

• Experience in the functional administration of a HCM System preferable SuccessFactors with exposure to Learning and Performance modules. Knowledge of PageUp is desirable.
• Technical Expertise: Hands‑on experience with system integrations, user accounts and role‑based permissions, data management.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect management
• Demonstrated experience supporting HR systems, including managing user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating system enhancements within a complex organisational environment.
• Ability to create and update system processes, procedures and support documentation for all people system changes.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with diverse stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Enjoy autonomy and demonstrates proficiency in working independently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail amidst high‑volume workloads.
• Collaborative and user‑focused, with a proven ability to work effectively in fast‑paced, complex, and evolving environments.
