Job summary

Hydro Tasmania on Flinders Island is offering a Line Worker Apprentice program, starting February 2027. This four-year apprenticeship provides on-the-job training and study to become a qualified line worker.

You’ll learn from experienced field crews, assist with construction, maintenance and repair of overhead and underground network assets, and develop practical safety and problem-solving skills while working outdoors in diverse conditions.

Qualifications

• You don't need to know everything on day one.
• Willingness to learn and commit to doing your best.
• Interest in electrical distribution networks.

Responsibilities
