You'll manage file and document preparation, diaries, filing, and database tasks, working autonomously with strong IT skills in a vibrant, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IP or commercial law will be highly regarded.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
• Superior organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

• File management (electronic and hard copy filing).
• Filing applications for IP/trademark matters.
• Preparation of correspondence and documents for partners and clients.
• Managing diaries for the Partner and team.
• Database management and records upkeep.
• Printing, scanning, uploading and photocopying documents.
