You will be supporting at Partner level in a busy corporate & commercial team, handling matters across mergers & acquisitions, governance, contracting, energy & resources, and renewable energy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience as a legal assistant.
• Well organised with strong technical skills.
• Excellent communication and personable demeanor suited to a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Diary and email management.
• Preparation of legal documents and other correspondence.
• First point of contact for clients.
• Event management for CPD seminars and firm functions.
• Billing.
