Job summary

Netwealth is expanding its Adelaide-based Customer Service team and seeks a proactive representative to support advisers and clients via phone, email and online chat.

You will resolve enquiries, build product knowledge, and collaborate across Operations, Sales, Product, Technology and Risk & Compliance to ensure accurate records and high-quality outcomes. RG146 or willingness to obtain is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, wealth management or investments preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in demanding situations.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• RG146 qualification (or willingness to obtain) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers and clients via phone, email and online chat.
• Resolve product, platform and service enquiries.
• Investigate issues and provide practical solutions.
• Build strong knowledge of Netwealth's products and services.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, Technology and Risk & Compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality customer outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and help improve processes.
