Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced Investor Relations professional within Fund Administration to lead and develop the investor relations function. You will supervise senior specialists, train staff, review NAVs and trade packs, and ensure accurate cash flow documentation with strong regulatory awareness.

You will develop client reporting, liaise with IT to automate processes, and maintain SLA standards while expanding services for investors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years in Financial Services, preferably Hedge Fund Administration and/or Client Service with exposure to accounting and performance reporting.
• Experience managing and training staff / people leadership.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including KYC and AML policies.
• Strong client relationship skills and excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of work performed by Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists.
• Participation in training of team members; assisting the Account Manager in staff development plans.
• Review of trade packs, statements and NAVs.
• Monitor and ensure investor transactions are reconciled with complete documentation.
• Review and approve cash receipts and payments.
• Development and review of custom client reporting; liaising with IT to automate reporting.
• Review of investor and client correspondence; ensure controls and procedures are followed.
