Job summary

Haben is seeking an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our Funds & Investment Management team in Sydney. You will support investor servicing, onboarding, compliance and registry operations, ensuring a seamless investor experience across the lifecycle.

You will work with investors and internal stakeholders, maintain CRM data, prepare presentations and help with AML/KYC processes while pursuing a career in investor relations and property funds management.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in investor relations, investment client services, funds management or a related environment.
• A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; confidence with systems and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supporting investor communications, reporting and the distribution of investor statements and updates.
• Assisting with investor onboarding and maintaining a positive experience throughout the investor journey.
• Managing registry administration activities and ensuring service standards are met.
• Coordinating investor documentation, forms and approvals through platforms such as DocuSign.
• Maintaining accurate investor records and CRM data.
• Supporting AML/KYC processes and compliance documentation requirements.
• Preparing investor meeting materials and presentations.
• Assisting with process improvement initiatives and operational projects across the funds management business.
• Building strong working relationships with internal teams to support the delivery of exceptional investor outcomes.

We're looking for an Investor Relations Senior Associate to join our Funds & Investment Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and detail-oriented professional looking to build their career in investor relations and property funds management. About the Role

We're looking for someone who has:
