Airtree, Sydney HQ, seeks an Investment Manager to source and lead early-stage investments in AI and frontier technologies. You will build relationships with founders, run diligence, and develop rigorous investment memos while shaping Airtree's AI capabilities.

The role emphasizes high agency, practical execution, and collaboration with a 13-person investment team. Hybrid work is available with strong support for growth.

Competenze

• Demonstrated interest in investing and the startup ecosystem.
• Ability to write rigorous, clear investment memos.
• Experience shipping products, tools, or prototypes using AI.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong network in ANZ/global AI community (nice to have).

Mansioni

• Source and win early-stage investments across ANZ, with selective global reach.
• Build a sourcing engine for AI-focused startups by engaging researchers, builders, and founders.
• Execute diligence, assess technical defensibility, and write investment memos.
