Airtree is hiring an Investment Manager to find and win early stage companies built by ANZ founders. You will ship tools, study research, and relate to technical founders to earn their respect. This is a mid-level role with commercial instincts and potential to grow within Airtree's team.

You will be part of our 13-person investment team, helping evaluate opportunities and shape Airtree's AI capabilities for portfolio success.

Qualifications

• Proven interest in investing and the startup ecosystem.
• High agency mindset: identify gaps, act, and build needed tools.
• Strong written communication with ability to write investment memos.

Responsibilities

• Source and win early stage investments across ANZ and select globally.
• Lead diligence with focus on technical defensibility and team credibility.
• Contribute to Airtree's AI tooling and portfolio monitoring.
• Support portfolio founders with AI adoption and strategy.
