Job summary

The NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking a Senior Investigator for the Certifier and Integrity Unit in Parramatta. You will lead end-to-end investigations into misconduct and non-compliance by registered certifiers, applying legislation and policy to deliver regulatory outcomes.

• Experience in investigations, audits, or regulatory enforcement.
• Ability to conduct interviews and gather statements for reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end investigations into the conduct of practitioners.
• Gather, analyse and assess evidence for regulatory decision-making.
• Exercise statutory powers to obtain information and documents.
• Conduct interviews, obtain statements and prepare briefs of evidence.
• Prepare high-quality reports and regulatory recommendations.
• Interpret and apply legislation, policy and technical requirements.
