ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to drive inventory planning and supply management across Australia. The role connects Sales, Operations, and external agents to ensure stock availability and minimize supply risks.

You will communicate updates to stakeholders and work with nationwide teams to support performance and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate brings experience in supply chain/inventory roles, strong data analytics, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing stock, forecasting demand, and inventory reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage inventory levels, stock availability, and supply planning across Australia.
• Analyse large data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate backorder communications and provide regular inventory updates.
• Build strong relationships with agents and key sales stakeholders nationally.
• Prepare inventory and supply reports for leadership teams.
• Support warehouse and operational activities when required.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to the ongoing growth of the operations function.
