Glencore Ravensworth Operations is seeking an Inventory Controller to maintain inventory accuracy and optimise stock levels across mining sites in Ravensworth, NSW. The role reports to the Supply Coordinator and focuses on safe, reliable operations and value optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have warehousing or logistics qualifications, experience with SAP MM/SAP S/4HANA, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to data integrity and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Experience in inventory control practices and maintaining accuracy
• Familiarity with SAP MM/SAP S/4HANA and MS Excel for reporting
• Commitment to safety and data integrity in mining/industrial settings
• Ability to identify aged, obsolete, surplus inventory and drive optimisations
• Strong analytical skills to investigate discrepancies and root causes

Responsabilidades

• Maintain inventory accuracy and optimise stock to support safe, reliable operations
• Identify and manage aged, obsolete, and surplus inventory, reducing excess stock
• Manage day-to-day bulk consumables to meet operational and maintenance needs
• Support inventory optimisation across critical spares and repairable components
• Coordinate stocktakes, cycle counts and variance investigations with corrective actions
• Ensure SAP transactions and stock movements are processed accurately
• Collaborate with maintenance, planning and operations to support equipment reliability
• Identify opportunities to reduce working capital and maximise inventory value
