Job summary

Brownes Dairy invites applications for an Inventory Manager to lead governance, optimisation and control of inventory across our manufacturing, warehousing and third‑party storage operations. This permanent full‑time role supports production and customer demand while minimising working capital, waste, and maintaining high inventory accuracy.

Based locally in Balcatta, WA with onsite parking, the role requires strong ERP experience and advanced Excel, with Power BI exposure highly regarded to

Qualifications

Experience in ERP systems (E1/JDE preferred).
Background leading inventory in FMCG or manufacturing.
Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or similar.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI exposure highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Inventory Governance: Policies, Standards, Record keeping and compliance
Planning and Optimisation: Strategy, Inventory Management, slotting and pick paths
Warehouse Inventory Operations: Manage cycle counts, reconciliations and adjustments
S&OP Integration: Reporting, Supply Reviews, Identification of constraint scenarios
Waste Reduction: Drive reduction in waste and dumps
