Job summary

COS | Complete Office Supplies is seeking a Leading Hand - Inventory PM to steer daily inventory operations at our Distribution Centre in Australia. You will lead on-floor activities, coordinate cycle counts, investigations, and replenishment, while ensuring stock integrity and timely resolution of discrepancies.

You will mentor team members, promote a safety-first culture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimise service impact and maintain high stock accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or inventory control environment.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate daily inventory activities.
• Strong understanding of inventory control processes including cycle counts and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily inventory operations and resource allocation—cycle counts, audits, investigations and replenishment—while managing stock issues and escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready inventory control through disciplined adherence to procedures and documentation.
• Lead, train and mentor the team to build inventory capability and drive performance.
• Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring all inventory activities meet WHS and handling requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements to stock accuracy, workflows, and replenishment, while supporting SOP updates.
