Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking an Inventory Supervisor to oversee stock control across NSW Distribution Centre and Manufacturing Facility. You’ll coordinate stocktakes, investigate discrepancies and improve inventory processes, working closely with supply chain, manufacturing and retail teams.

You’ll also lead and support the NSW Inventory Coordinator. The role requires at least two years in inventory, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and the ability to coach a small team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in an inventory or stock-control role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to deadlines.
• Intermediate Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in retail, supply chain or manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent communication and team coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement root-cause solutions.
• Manage raw materials, WIP calculations and stock holding levels.
• Maintain ERP records across AX and D365.
• Coach inventory team members and promote consistent stock-control practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize stock flow and reduce excess.
