Flight Centre Careers Job Listings is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for the My Touring portfolio. You will manage contracted inventory, analyze performance, and provide insights to drive smarter business decisions across Product, Commercial, and Sales teams.

The role requires strong Excel skills, ability to handle large datasets, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in reporting and data governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, tourism, inventory management, commercial analysis, or a related operational role.
• Strong analytical capability with experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret commercial performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience forecasting, analysing performance trends, and supporting commercial decision-making is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring inventory records remain accurate across all systems and reporting platforms.
• Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, release deadlines, and inventory exposure, identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Product Managers.
• Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely performance reporting.
• Prepare and distribute regular reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, budget performance, and year-on-year trends.
• Analyse booking patterns, sales trends, and inventory performance to provide commercial insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
• Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and current sales trends to support inventory planning and revenue optimisation.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide inventory visibility, performance insights, and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, business intelligence tools, and data governance practices.
