Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking an Inventory Coordinator for Broadbeach, QLD. You will manage contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, analysing data to drive smarter commercial decisions and optimise performance.

Success requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast and report on inventory trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel, tourism, inventory management, or a related operational role.
• Strong analytical capability with experience working with large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proven ability to interpret commercial performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring records are accurate across systems.
• Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, deadlines, and exposure with Product Managers.
• Consolidate inventory and sales data to produce timely performance reporting.
• Prepare and distribute reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, and trends.
• Analyze booking patterns and inventory performance to provide commercial insights.
• Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and sales trends.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial and Operations for visibility and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting, automation, BI tools, and data governance.
