Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an Inventory Coordinator - My Touring to manage contracted inventory, analyse performance, and drive smarter commercial decisions across a diverse touring portfolio.

You will partner with Product, Commercial, Sales, Finance and Operations to provide visibility into inventory, forecast needs, produce timely reporting, and push continuous improvement through BI tools and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel/inventory management or related operations.
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables.
• Ability to forecast and identify trends to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio.
• Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, deadlines, and exposure with product managers.
• Consolidate inventory and sales data to produce timely reporting.
• Prepare and distribute regular reporting on utilisation, sales performance, forecast position, and trends.
• Analyse booking patterns and inventory performance to provide insights.
• Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance and seasonality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide visibility and support budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement through reporting, automation, and data governance.
