Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems in New South Wales is seeking a Stores/Warehouse Operator to manage stock, asset control and data entry into the Cubic ITSM system. You will handle inbound/outbound deliveries, cycle counts, and safety compliance, while supporting inventory processes and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ITSM systems (Service Now) and MS Office.
• Proficient with inventory management systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of bill of materials and technical drawings.
• OH&S knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end control of Cubic Assets.
• Assist inventory management and follow quality procedures.
• Receive, issue inventory and data entry into Cubic WMS.
• Track quantities, conduct cycle counts, resolve discrepancies.
• Handle inbound/outbound with freight companies.
• Prepare installation kits and process decommissioned assets.
• Perform daily cycle counts and asset reconciliations.
