Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Stores Person to manage warehouse and stores functions using physical and inventory software systems. The role includes handling deliveries, stock checks, and data entry into the inventory system to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience within a stores/warehouse environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Proficient in the use of the inventory management system.
• Proficient in keyboarding, data entry and computing skills.
• Desirable: Qualifications or certification in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable for the end to end control of Cubic Assets.
• Assist and support inventory management processes and follow quality procedures.
• Issue and receive inventory; data entry into Cubic warehouse asset management system.
• Ensure all equipment is properly handled and accounted for physically and electronically.
• Track quantities; perform cycle counts and stock takes; resolve discrepancies.
• Deliver and pick up customer equipment returns using a company vehicle.
• Manage inbound/outbound functions; liaise with freight companies and suppliers.
• Process field returns and prepare Cubic vehicle audits as required.
• Maintain data in Service Now for Inventory Controls.
