Job summary

Cubic Transportation Systems is seeking a Stores Person to manage warehouse functions, inventory control, and asset handling. The role involves data entry in ServiceNow, coordinating inbound/outbound activities, and supporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance across the supply chain.

The successful candidate will have warehouse experience, a valid forklift license (Desirable), and proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management system.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end control of Cubic assets.
• Assist inventory management and data entry per procedures.
• Handle inbound/outbound, liaising with freight companies and suppliers.
• Deliver and pick up customer equipment and other items using company vehicle.
• Ensure parts are received in Service Now before leaving warehouse.
• Prepare bus installation kits as requested.
• Support annual audits and monthly asset reconciliation reporting.
