Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is hiring an Inventory Coordinator for our Brisbane Distribution Centre. You will support the Inventory Supervisor by conducting cycle counts, reconciling variances, and improving inventory accuracy across inbound, storage and outbound processes.

You will work closely with warehouse teams to resolve issues, use Excel for data accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement of stock control. Retail experience and WMS familiarity are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with root-cause analysis.
• Support stocktakes and reconcile variances.
• Monitor inventory integrity across inbound, staging and outbound operations.
• Provide recommendations to improve inventory processes and WMS effectiveness.
