Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to support the Inventory Supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy across our Distribution Centre. You’ll conduct cycle counts, investigate stock discrepancies, and assist with stocktakes to ensure records reflect reality.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and support root cause analysis.
  • Assist with warehouse stocktakes and variance reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory integrity and locations for accuracy.
  • Support quality control checks across inbound, staging and outbound operations.
  • Assist with product damage investigations and inventory adjustments.
  • Support Box Pick process and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with warehouse operations to resolve inventory issues.
  • Provide feedback to improve inventory processes and WMS effectiveness.
  • Ensure inventory activities are completed safely and on time.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the DC.
