The Opportunity

Reporting to the National Sales Manager - Specialities, this hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations. As an Inventory & MRP Controller, you’ll play a critical part in shaping inventory strategy, streamlining processes, and driving efficiencies to support growth and deliver results.

• Lead and enhance the S&OP process to drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience in Demand Planning and S&OP, with a track record of improving forecast accuracy
• Hands-on experience with forecast management tools such as SAP IBP, Demand Solutions, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills to influence and collaborate across teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply chain dynamics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
