Job summary

Visy in Dandenong, Australia, is seeking a Finance Manager - FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting across a large manufacturing network in ANZ. You’ll partner with operational leaders to improve financial visibility and drive insights that influence strategic decisions.

You’ll lead reporting transformation through BI, automation and data analytics, expanding AI-enabled tools and Power BI adoption to support month-end close, planning cycles and long-range planning.

Qualifications

• CPA/CA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commercially minded, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced reporting and systems experience, including Excel and Power BI.
• Continuous improvement focus, with experience driving automation and process efficiencies.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
• Highly regarded: Manufacturing experience, BI/Analytics certifications, and exposure to AI-enabled tools or Lean methodologies.

• Lead the divisional planning cycle, delivering budgets, forecasts, mid-month estimates and five-year strategic plans across a multi-site manufacturing network.
• Support sales planning cycles through revenue performance reporting and insights.
• Partner with stakeholders across ANZ to drive consistent planning, reporting & financial processes.
• Oversee key head office financial controls, supporting strong governance while managing and developing a direct report.
• Improve reporting through Power BI, automation and data-analytics.
• Consolidate site-identified risks, opportunities and initiatives to support clear reporting and follow-up.

The Opportunity

Based in Dandenong, as the Finance Manager - FP&A, you'll partner with operational and commercial leaders across Visy's Corrugated Packaging division to lead planning, reporting and financial analysis across a large manufacturing network in Australia and New Zealand. You'll play a key role in improving financial visibility and provide insights that support better business decisions.

You’ll drive BI adoption, explore automation, including AI-enabled tools, to improve reporting, month-end close and forecasting processes.
