Job summary

Inspire Young Minds in Lilli Pilli is seeking an Educator to join our welcoming team. You will support children's learning and wellbeing through play-based experiences, build warm relationships with families, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment.

If you are passionate about early childhood education and hold a Certificate III or Diploma (or are working towards one), with EYLF and NQS understanding, strong communication and teamwork, and a current Working With Children Check, First

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
• Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards a relevant Early Childhood qualification
• Sound understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach
• Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

About the Role
