About The Role

As an Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing through engaging play-based experiences and positive relationships with families and colleagues.

What You Will Be Doing

• Building warm, responsive, and respectful relationships with children and families
• Planning and implementing engaging learning experiences that support children's development
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children's learning and progress
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team of educators and leaders
• Promoting children's wellbeing, confidence, and sense of belonging
• Supporting daily routines and ensuring high standards of care and supervision
• Upholding childcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What We Are Looking For

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care
• Certificate III, Diploma, or working towards a relevant Early Childhood qualification
• Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach
• Current Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
