Job summary

Surf Life Saving Queensland Inc is seeking an Interoperability Project & Support Officer in South Brisbane. The role focuses on coordinating interoperability projects, stakeholder engagement, and reporting to strengthen comms across the organisation and partners. You will support testing, training materials, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or project support roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing project documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, action registers, documentation, and reporting.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support implementation and collaboration.
• Developing project communications, training materials, and updates.
• Monitoring project activities and following up on actions and deliverables.
• Assisting with testing, exercises, and operational activities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and operational practices
