Job summary

Surf Life Saving Queensland is seeking an organised Interoperability Project & Support Officer to help deliver projects that improve how people and systems work together across the organisation. You will coordinate schedules, support stakeholder engagement, prepare communications and reports, and assist with testing and exercises in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, administration, or project support roles.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience managing project documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Microsoft Project.
• A relevant qualification in business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of interoperability projects and initiatives.
• Coordinating project schedules, action registers, documentation, and reporting.
• Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to support implementation and collaboration.
• Developing project communications, training materials, and updates.
• Monitoring project activities and following up on actions and deliverables.
• Assisting with testing, exercises, and operational activities.
• Contributing to continuous improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and operational practices.
