Our College

Nambour Christian College (NCC) is an outstanding co-educational, inter-denominational Prep to Year 12 Christian School located in the heartland of the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. NCC invests in the education of over 1300 students through our dedicated sub schools: Junior (P-6), Middle (7-9) and Senior (10-12). The mission of NCC is to provide a secure and supportive Christ-centred learning community, where a commitment to excellence, creativity and service is encouraged and modelled. The College also has a commitment to providing a supportive environment for professional development and personal growth of staff.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven International Student Administration Coordinator to support the effective administration and operational delivery across the College's international student programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating complex logistics and delivering work to a high professional standard.

Reporting to the Director of International Development and Partnerships and working closely with the Director of International Education, this full-time role is responsible for coordinating international student enrolments, compliance administration, homestay arrangements, student logistics, program operations, reporting and stakeholder engagement. The position plays an important role in supporting the successful delivery of the College's international student programs through strong organisation, accurate record management and effective coordination, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements including CRICOS, PRISMS and ESOS frameworks.

This role will suit someone who is adaptable, responsive and confident balancing administration, compliance, relationship management and student support. You will be able to plan ahead, anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and keep students, families, staff and external stakeholders informed, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. Please review the Position Description on our website for further details.

This position requires flexibility to support the operational needs of the College's international programs. While the role is primarily performed during standard business hours, hours of work may vary and can include evenings, weekends, attendance at College and international program events, airport transfers, and occasional overnight travel in support of student programs, study tours and relevant engagement activities.

About You

You are a proactive, highly organised and adaptable professional with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for supporting students from diverse cultural backgrounds. You take pride in creating efficient systems, maintaining accurate records, coordinating complex activities and ensuring nothing is overlooked.

You will bring:

Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines and stakeholders simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in record keeping, compliance documentation and reporting.

The ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure.

High-level written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Experience working with databases, student management systems, CRM platforms or records management systems.

The ability to work collaboratively while also managing responsibilities independently.

The ability to respond to direction, follow established processes and exercise sound judgement when managing changing priorities.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound professional judgement.

A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and stakeholder support.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics, events, travel arrangements or complex administrative processes from planning through to completion.

Highly regarded:

Experience in international education administration.

Knowledge of CRICOS, PRISMS, ESOS and visa compliance requirements.

Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities.

Proficiency in a language other than English (for example, Mandarin).

Relevant qualifications in Administration, Business, Education Administration or a related field will be highly regarded but are not essential.

Having a personal alignment with and commitment to the Mission and Vision of Nambour Christian College, you will actively support the Christian ethos of the College and contribute positively to the spiritual life and vitality of our community.
