Job summary

Premier Fresh Australia is seeking an International Sales Manager to drive export sales performance and strengthen global partnerships. Based in Footscray or Epping, you will identify new market opportunities and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on revenue targets.

You will manage international customers, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with export regulations while expanding the company’s footprint in established and emerging markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Management or Business Development, preferably in Fresh Produce.
• Experience with export markets and international customers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and negotiating commercial outcomes.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or International Trade.
• Understanding of seasonal produce cycles and operations.

• Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Experience managing key customer accounts and negotiating commercial outcomes.
• Understanding of seasonal produce cycles and operational requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, International Trade or a related discipline (highly regarded).
