Job summary

Insync Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Import Operations professional for a busy NSW freight forwarding office. The role focuses on coordinating import workflows, liaising with international agents and carriers, and ensuring accurate track-and-trace of import files.

Based in the South West NSW office, you’ll join a dynamic team delivering tailored logistics solutions. Candidates should have 3–5 years local Import Operations experience, familiarity with FCL/LCL/Air/FAK, Incoterms, and

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' local experience within Import Operations.
• Experience with FCL, LCL, Air and FAK's ideally.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation, scheduling deliveries etc.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Providing Strong Customer Service with a Positive attitude.
• Clear concise written and oral communication skills.
