Qualifications

• Law degree and solicitor qualification required.
• 10+ years experience in contract management within EPC, mining, infrastructure or heavy engineering.
• Deep expertise in FIDIC, NEC, GCC and bespoke contract negotiation/administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead drafting, negotiation and execution of major commercial contracts and subcontracts.
• Oversee contract governance, risk management and compliance through full lifecycles.
• Manage extension of time claims, variations, cost recovery and dispute resolution.
• Provide strategic commercial guidance and mentorship to project teams.

Who You Are

• Qualified Solicitor, Lawyer, or Legal Practitioner certification.
• Minimum 10 years experience in contract management within EPC, mining, infrastructure, or heavy engineering sectors.
• Deep expertise in FIDIC, NEC, GCC, and bespoke contract negotiation and administration.
• Proven track record managing complex claims, disputes, and commercial risk profiles.
