Motion in Australia seeks a National Manager – Contracts to lead the strategy, negotiation and management of national contracts and agreements. You will work with senior leaders, sales, operations, suppliers and key customers to deliver sustainable growth and strong commercial outcomes.

You will bring experience in contracts, commercial management, or related fields, with strong negotiation and leadership capability, and be comfortable managing competing priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in contracts, commercial management, or sales.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with national accounts and tenders is highly regarded.
• Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation and management of national contracts and agreements.
• Develop and coach a specialist Contracts team.
• Partner with senior leaders, customers and suppliers nationwide.
• Own strategic national contract negotiations, tenders and reviews.
