Westar Trucks Campbellfield is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to support our Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Warranty team. This unique role sits at the heart of the dealership's service operation, helping keep jobs moving smoothly while providing technical, administrative and customer support.

You will coordinate day-to-day workflow, assist with warranty administration, and back‑up customer-facing Service Advisors during busy periods.

Westar Trucks Campbellfield is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to support our Workshop Controller, Service Advisors and Warranty team. This unique position sits at the heart of the dealership's service operation, helping keep jobs moving efficiently while providing technical, administrative, and customer support as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who understands truck dealership service operations and enjoys working across multiple areas of the business. You'll spend much of your time supporting workshop workflow, coordinating information between departments, assisting with warranty processes and stepping in to support customer-facing Service Advisors during busy periods.

About the Role

Working closely with the Workshop Controller, Service Advisors, Technicians and Warranty team, you will help coordinate the day-to-day flow of work through the service department.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Workshop Controller with administration and workflow coordination
• Assisting Service Advisors with customer communications and repair updates
• Providing warranty administration and claim support
