Job summary

Motion APAC is seeking an Internal Salesperson in Western Australia. You will support customers with parts and equipment, build strong relationships and deliver responsive technical sales support to grow the customer base.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will collaborate with Account Managers and the branch team to deliver excellent service daily. A supportive team environment and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
• A strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications.
• Mechanical aptitude; knowledge of bearings and power transmission products highly regarded.
• Confident computer skills and the ability to learn internal systems.
• Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
• Building relationships with customers via phone and email to answer queries on products, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and accounts.
• Managing and servicing key accounts independently.
• Source products through our extensive supply chain to meet customer needs.
• Provide practical, solutions-focused advice to customers.
• Work closely with Account Managers to identify and develop new account opportunities.
