Job summary

Motion is seeking an Internal Salesperson to join our Malaga, WA branch. You will respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and over the counter, build strong relationships and service key accounts, while sourcing products to meet customer needs.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will collaborate with Account Managers and the wider team to deliver reliable parts and engineered solutions, providing practical advice and developing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service or warehouse experience.
• A strong interest in technical or mechanical products and applications.
• Mechanical aptitude; bearings and power transmission knowledge highly regarded.
• Confident with computers and ability to learn internal systems.
• Professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Proactive, team-focused attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Practical, solution-oriented approach to helping customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and over the counter.
• Build relationships with customers via phone and email to assist with product, pricing, orders, stock, delivery and account queries.
• Manage and service key accounts independently.
