Bullivants Pty Ltd. is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to join the Paget-based team in Mackay, QLD. You will interact daily with internal and external customers to interpret requirements and ensure they get what they need.

This permanent, full-time role is based in person at the Paget branch. The ideal candidate has customer service experience in lifting and rigging sectors, a team-first mindset, and strong communication skills. Background checks may apply as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, ideally in lifting, rigging, safety or industrial sales.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
• Clear, friendly communication both verbal and written.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn.

• Provide product demonstrations in showroom.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Keep admin and workplace tidy and organised.

We're on the lookout for a friendly and proactiveSales Representative to join our high-performing team based at our Paget branch within Mackay QLD!

Interacting each day with both internal and external customers, you will be interpreting customer requirements and making sure they get what they need!

What we are looking for is a 'customer centric mentality', a good attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for those you serve every day.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and will be based entirely in person.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer queries either face-to-face or via phone and email
• Providing product demonstrations within our showroom
• Ensuring service is provided in a timely and high-quality manner
• Make sure both admin and your workplace is tidy and organised.

Our Ideal Candidate will have

• Previous customer service experience (ideally within lifting, rigging, safety and/or industrial sales)
• A collaborative team-first attitude
• Clear and friendly communication manner - both verbal and written
• Curiosity and a willingness to learn
