Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Australia is seeking an experienced Internal Salesperson / Parts Interpreter to join our Dandenong team. You will attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries, and help convert quotes to sales.

You will process orders including sourcing, packing and despatch, with full support from your team and opportunities to develop your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience, ideally in industrial retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
