Job summary

G.James Group is seeking an Internal Sales Representative at the Woodridge Windows & Doors branch to provide outstanding customer service for residential, architectural and commercial projects. You will assist walk-in customers and handle phone and online enquiries across the Gold Coast region, offering accurate quotes and solutions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, proactive problem solving, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction within a leading Australian glass and aluminium

Our Woodridge Windows & Doors branch specialises in aluminium window and door solutions for residential, architectural homes and commercial projects. We’re seeking a friendly and organised Internal Sales Representative to provide outstanding customer service to clients across Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

The Role

Be the friendly, knowledgeable face of our branch. You’ll assist walk-in customers and respond to phone and web enquiries, understand their needs, and provide the right product solutions while delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide product advice and prepare accurate quotes using V6, in line with Australian Standards, NCC and Design Pressures.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and deliver excellent customer service.
• Meet KPIs for response time, quote accuracy, conversions, budgets and customer satisfaction.
