AESSEAL is seeking an Internal Sales Representative for our Brisbane team in Wacol. This office-based role focuses on translating customer requirements into technically compliant quotations while supporting Reliability Specialists and managing quotations, pricing and SAP records.

You will contribute to delivering reliable solutions, build strong customer relationships and enjoy a consistent 38-hour workweek with potential overtime opportunities.

As our Australian operations continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and technically minded Internal Sales Representative to join our Brisbane team based in Wacol.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting industrial customers and developing practical solutions that improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Working alongside our team of Reliability Specialists, you will play a key role in helping customers select the right products, develop technical solutions and convert opportunities into successful sales outcomes.

About the Role

This is an office-based technical sales position responsible for supporting customers and AESSEAL Reliability Specialists through the development of technical quotations, product recommendations and customer solutions.

While customer site visits and application reviews are conducted by our Reliability Specialists, this role is responsible for translating customer requirements into technically compliant and commercially competitive quotations while delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare accurate and commercially competitive quotations.
• Review customer requirements and technical specifications, providing expert guidance on product selection, applications, and technical enquiries.
• Provide technical support for AESSEAL products and services.
• Support Reliability Specialists with customer opportunities and quotation development.
• Process sales orders and maintain customer records within SAP.
• Coordinate pricing, procurement and supplier activities while following up quotations and supporting sales conversion opportunities to achieve customer and business outcomes.
• Assist with inventory and logistics processes where required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through professional and responsive communication while collaborating across multiple departments to achieve positive customer outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in technical sales, internal sales, industrial customer service, maintenance support, engineering support or a similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving ability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Highly Regarded

• Experience with pumps, mechanical seals, rotating equipment, bearings, valves or industrial products.
• Trade, maintenance, reliability or engineering background.
• Experience preparing technical quotations.
• SAPor ERP system experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
